Family Equals Joyful Surrender - Week 3 (Sacrifice)

When you became a husband or wife, a lot changed. When you became a father or mother, a lot changed. Too many men continue to live in “bachelor status” after getting married looking to take advantage or ignore their wives. Too many women live is “brat status” after getting married indulging their desires as their kids’ needs are not being met.

How are we truly sacrificing our time, talents, and treasures for our family? If you cannot think of practical sacrifices that you are presently making for your kids, you most likely are living in selfish immaturity.

You are called by God to sacrificially invest in your family which means that there will be people, promotions, experiences, and so much more that you will have to either say “no” to or “wait” for now!
